Ordering from Total-Fishing is easy
- Find the item you require in our Shopping section
- Click Add to Basket. Your product(s) will show in your basket
- Click Continue Shopping if you wish to purchase more items. Click Checkout if you wish to complete the purchase
- You can remove items from your basket (using the Update button) or alter the quantity required at any time
- If your purchase requires a certain size, colour, personalisation etc, write the details clearly in the box at the bottom of Payment Details
- Press Confirm to complete your order
- You will receive an email confirming your order

Payment
We accept American Express, Solo, Maestro/Switch, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Visa Delta and Visa. Transactions are made in UK Sterling (pounds and pence). All the prices shown in our store include VAT.
Returned goods
Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Any packaging must also be in the same condition as when received.
If you return goods because they were ordered incorrectly or if clothing does not fit you will pay the return postage costs. If you would like us to replace the goods with another size or colour, we will charge carriage on the replacement.
If you return an item because it was faulty when it was delivered, we will refund your postage costs for returning it to us. Please check with us before returning any goods as we will only refund the basic postage charge.
Delivery Costs
The delivery charge is automatically added to your order and you will see the total amount you have to pay before you confirm the order.
Cancellation
We accept cancellation of orders within seven days of the date of purchase. If the order has been despatched, the customer is responsible for the return postage costs.
IMPORTANT: We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we may cancel your order at any time up to the point we send the product(s) to you. We will contact you if we become aware of an error and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we do cancel your order you will receive a full refund of any charges paid in advance.
Import duty or tax
Please note that if the delivery address given on an order is outside of the EU, an import tax may be payable upon receipt of the goods. The amount payable depends on the destination and may be subject to change. These payments are the responsibility of the customer and we accept no liability for any payments which may be due.
