Moorlands Farm ran into tremendous form for the Sunday evening open match, as Chris Hill set a new four and half hour record for the Kidderminster complex with a massive 293lb from peg 36 on Meadow Pool.
Chris fished paste shallow at 13 metres before switching to paste down the inside later on.
It was a brilliant match with the top ten anglers weighing in more than 1500lb of fish and the second place angler Dave Johnson finished only 2lb short of 200lb himself.
There were two more ton-up winning weights at Moorlands over the last week, Barry Chessom winning the Tuesday Open on Silver Lake with 112-14-0 and Lee Kirby topping the Friday match on Bank with 114-5-0.
