England’s Chris Clark was top rod in the 25th Irish Shore Fishing Festival, walking away with a cheque for 1,000 euros following a perfect score of three zone wins.

Fished at three different beach marks around Leinster, 60 competing anglers found mainly flounders, dabs, whiting, rockling and coal fish feeding in spurts at the start and end of the sessions, with Chris also taking home a special Waterford Crystal vase as the 25th winner of this event.
