Chay Jackson’s new Warwickshire fishery, Jersey Wood, is opening its doors for the first time this weekend as a new Academy of Angling.

The unveiling of the five-lake venue at the ever-popular Hoar Park Craft Village near Ansley includes half price day tickets, a ‘kids go free’ offer, 10% off academy coursed booked and it’s a free angling taster weekend for all ages. Said Chay: “The fishery is very much a work in progress; however we intend to work extremely hard over the next 12 months on improved access to the carp lake, fencing, tree planting, reed bed planting and the erection of classroom and lodge amongst the many other jobs and of course stocking!
