Horrendous conditions for this popular mid week match, gale force winds and heavy rain may have put the anglers off but the carp were on form. Mick drew end peg 5 and made the most of the spare pegs fishing pole pellet and corn out and down the margins he had 14 carp – 8lb. regular in the frame Dave Madin fished long pole and pellet in sheltered peg 19 catching steady all day he finished with 20 carp – 5lb

Pegs in the forties produced all the top weights Jason drew 43 fished sort pole because of the wind, feeding pellets and alternating corn and pellet on the hook he had a nice net of bream and skimmers – 2lb but in the last hour he connected with three carp the biggest being 8lb. Winning till the last hour Steve fished short pole and pellet ended with 28lb 8oz of all bream – 2lb
