Dave struggled for the first 4 hours then went into the margins using small cubes of luncheon meat on the hook and caught all fish in the last hour.
Despite rising and falling of water temperatures all lakes have continued to fish to a good standard.
Bassetts was netted on Thursday and in excess of 1000 lb of carp, 200lb of crucians, and 200lb of tench and golden tench were relocated to Lookout lake as part of our continuous management and stocking policy. New stocks were introduced and the smaller fish left in Bassetts so they now have a good space to grow on. New stock & old stock already being caught ie crucians, tench, carp, rudd, roach, ide, golden orfe.
