Another good match with a tight finish on this cold and foggy day, but it was Gavin Liversedge that came out top thanks to, two 10lb carp caught late in the match from down the margin, fishing most of the match on the pole out at 14m with pellet shallow he had carp – 6lb before going down the margins, finishing with one fish to spare over Andy Lakey, drawn on his favorite peg 39, he fished the pellet feeder to the island and the pole and pellet out and down the margin for 30 carp – 8lb for 78lb 15oz.

Dave fished the pole and caster short on the 4m line for 43lb of Ide and skimmers – 1lb and a switch to the pole and worm down fished down the margin in the last hour for 3 carp – 10 making up the rest of his 67lb 4oz net.
