REPORT
MOLANDS Fished really hard through the week but sport improved at the weekend when carp and F1s showed better. Carp to 15lb were caught on bomb and bread and waggler with pellet fished tight across to the island. Maggot feeder or long pole with maggot caught F1s to 6lb.
GEARYS Very tough this week with only the odd carp coming to bomb and bread or a small method feeder has been the best tactic. Nets of skimmers to 20lb have been caught on long pole with maggot or ground bait.
LITTLE GEARYS Like all the pools it has been very patchy on Little Gearys but there were big catches of carp with fish to 15lb in nets to 125lb. Dobbing bread along the margins has worked best for these. Nets of F1s to 50lb were caught on long pole with maggot.
ANNIVERSARIES Nets of F1s to 30lb are being caught on maggot feeder or pole with maggot or pellet. A few decent carp are being caught on the early pegs in the top bays with bread or corn the top baits.
GRATUITIES The better carp are showing to bread dobbed down the edges with the corner pegs 1, 8, 9, 15 and 16 providing nets to over 40lb. There are plenty of silver fish being caught on maggot or caster fished down the middle.
SIBLINGS A Carp to 8lb have been showing to bread dobbed along the island. F1s, ide and skimmers are being caught on maggot or expander pellet fished down the middle.
SIBLINGS B It is tough on Siblings B at the moment with nets of F1s to 25lb best and maggot fished on the pole is the best approach. The odd carp are being caught on bread or corn fished across to the far bank.
WILLOW Fished a little better this week with nets to 40lb of F1s and carp being caught on waggler with bread or pellet and long pole with maggot.
