FLW Fantasy Fishing is free to play. Participants can log onto FantasyFishing.com to enter for their chance to land the catch of a lifetime with a guaranteed £850,000 in cash prizes. In addition, thousands of participants will have the opportunity to win prizes worth hundreds of thousands of pounds including Ranger boats, ATVs, gift cards and much more. Participants can begin determining their fantasy fishing teams immediately. The fantasy-fishing season kicks off February 28, 2008. The season culminates August 14-17, 2008.

Each lucrative tournament allows participants to create and rank their own pro angler team of ten anglers they think will place the highest in the next tour event with the chance to win over £850,000 in cash prizes, plus boats, a Chevy SUV, ATVs, personal watercrafts, gift cards and much more all building up to the championship, the Forrest Wood Cup. Then, one lucky FLW Fantasy Fishing participant who earns the most cumulative points over the seven events will win a £500,000 cash grand prize, guaranteed. The £500,000 cash grand prize then goes to the cumulative-points-winner over all six regular season tournaments and the Forrest Wood Cup.
