Chris Morgan is making a bit of name for himself catching big carp from around the Midlands canals, and he’s done it again with a 24lb 8oz ghost carp.

Chris, who caught a 36lb canal common carp recently, has had his eyes on the twenty for some four years and finally fooled it within 20 minutes of casting in alongside a moored boat.

The fish steamed off on an initial 40 yard run after taking an SAS boilie over a PVA bag of pellets.

The only problem is he’s not saying which canal it came from.
