THIS autumn, 16 of Scotland’s most prestigious ASSF fisheries, and four fisheries  in  Northern Ireland have teamed up with Macmillan Cancer Relief to  help  raise  money  for  cancer  patients and their families throughout Scotland  and  Northern Ireland whilst enjoying a fun day’s sport and having the  opportunity to win a number of tremendous prizes – the top one being a tagged £1,000 trout.

The competition is opens at the start of June and finishes late October and the following waters are taking part:

Each  venue will stock one tagged trout worth £1,000, as well as prizes for the  top two heaviest bags. The heaviest wins a Scierra HM Rod, and the second heaviest  wins  a  Scierra  SL  Reel.   The competitor who raises the most sponsorship at each venue will be awarded a Scierra Aquatex Jacket.
A cost of £5 per angler, per venue must be paid at the time of registration.  If you have not raised  the  minimum level of sponsorship of £30 you will not be eligible  for any of the event prizes. The fishing fee must be paid at the venue on the day of the event. You may enter as many venues as you wish.
This is  a  fantastic opportunity to enjoy fishing at some of Scotland and Northern Ireland‘s best fly fishing venues.
Last year £39,000 was raised throughout Scotland and Northern Ireland, and it’s hoped that we will beat that amount this year.
