Well known match angler and coach, Andy May, has joined the ranks of the Shimano Match team which already includes such talent as Alan Scotthorne, Steve Ringer, Alex Bones, Mick Bull and Roly McEneaney.

Andy will help in the development of the companies new products and help promote its’ extensive range of match tackle.

Andy, who has been filming lately with OnlineFishing.tv and caught a 36lb catfish on normal feeder gear on one of his shoots, said: “I am really excited about getting involved with Shimano. I have long admired their products and can’t wait to get out on the bank with what I consider to be the best fishing equipment out there.

“For me this is a major step forward, and I’m looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with them.”
