In three visits to the lake the pair banked an amazing 150 fish. The weights of the fish were staggering, with thirty five thirties and twenty forties gracing the scales. The rest were all doubles.
The week was topped off by Bob, who slipped the landing net under a cracking mirror, which banged the scales round to an impressive 54lb.
“There’s no doubt about it, we’ll be back again next year,” said Bob.
