Guildford Angling Centre Individual Summer League Final Round, Willinghurst Surrey, 24th August, 20 Anglers

Ex England International Stevie Gardener showed his true class in this final round of the Guildford Angling Centre Individual Summer League.

Steve drew unfancied peg 22 on the top lake and ran out comfortable winner with an impressive 202lb of carp to 10lb, fishing short pole and paste then Method feeder late.

The final league placings were decided on this final round with Guildford AC backed Giovanni Barbato taking the honours finishing up on eight penalty points, consisting of three section wins and narrowly beating team mate Luke Sheriff on weight difference pushing Stevie Gardener into third.
