Bonus fish prove crucial at Hayfield Lakes’ Sensas Challenge
Cameron Hughes has won the first round of the Northern Sensas Challenge at Hayfield Lakes, with a 21-10-8 net.
The Rive backed rod caught quality roach on short pole bloodworm tactics, including several bonus perch, and a 4lb tench in his winning catch.
Runner up, Frankie Gianoncelli also made small fish his quarry, but included several big perch and a large carassio in his catch. Ever consistent Lee Kerry finished in third spot, with a 19-0-0 net of bloodworm caught roach and skimmers.
