Now, the news all you virgins have been waiting for! No, not a knight in shining armour, unless you count Clint Elliot, but the details of the first ever White Acres Virgins Match Angling Festival for the novice, the unlucky, or just the plain incompetent match angler.
You can be male or female to enter the June 7-14 event, and it is open to all kinds of virgins EXCEPT the following:
* Those that have accumulated more than 4 Kamasan Points in a single series.
* Those who have won an open match with 30 or more pegs.
* Those who have won a Rover or Residents match at White Acres.
* Those who have won a section or lake on a normal White Acres festival.
* Anyone who fishes for a team or is personally sponsored by a fishing tackle or bait manufacturer.

Don’t try and sneak in through the back door, Clint can sniff out non-virgins a long way off!
The first 72 that successfully apply will fish and the matches will be held on the new complex at White Acres, most of which opened last year. The lakes are all purpose built and are heavily stocked so even YOU can catch plenty!
The Virgins Festival will be held over 3/4 days with anglers fishing different sections each day on a rotation basis.
The eventual winner is GUARANTEED to walk away with over £1,000 and that is BEFORE any outside sponsorship. Negotiations are currently going on with two MAJOR companies. They will also have lost their virginity, so there will be a new winner every year.
Entry is £80, plus an optional £10 Super Pool, which will ALL be paid out in cash. We are first to report the rules and entry details here on www.total-fishing. If you want to join in the fun you should book up quickly, because the event is expected to rapidly sell out.
“If you want to come down with your family, fine, but single virgins can form groups of maximum three people, or book alone and we will accommodate you in one of our luxury caravans with one or two other like-minded souls,” said White Acres’ Clint Elliott. “You will of course have your own bedroom.”
Caerleon Canal will be used for the new Virgins Festival.
Accommodation costs for sharers is £150 for the week, but if you feel lucky and want your own space, ask at the time of booking and your accommodation will be priced at tariff per unit.
