1 R Holmes, Notts AA, Peg Island 8; 51-2-0. Ever consistent Roger Holmes just ran out winner in this monday veterans match. Roger drawn on peg 8 on the island fished pole and pellet at 12m feeding micros and 4mm sparingly caught carp to 7lb.
2 D Farr, Hallcroft; Peg Outer 53; 49-10-0. Second place was Dave Farr from outer peg 53. Dave fished bomb with hair rigged corn for his 9 carp to 7lb.
3 C Perry, Leicester, Peg Island 13; 21-12-0. Colin fished caster and maggot at 13m for his all skimmer net.
4 D Boswell, Bridon AC, 20-4-0

Moat Pool (30 Pegs)

1 T Brown, Map Leegem, Peg Island 57; 29-12-0. Heavy frosts put pay to decent catches for this latest veterans match on moat pool. Tony Brown opted for minimal feed approach using bomb and hair rigged meat and corn. Tony caught carp to 8lb.
2 C Perry, Leicester; Peg Island 55; 14-0-0. Colin Perry was second also using similar tactics to the winner, but only caught 3 carp.
3 A Payling, Peg One Angling, Peg Outer 20; 11-14-0. Arnie Payling came third with the best silver fish weight of the day. Arnie fished bomb and maggot to the middle for skimmers to 1lb.
4 G Hiley, Peg One, 8-12-0
5 B Perkins, Retford, 8-0-0 

Friday 30th November 2012 Daiwa Hallcroft Open
Croft (10 Pegs)

1 N Wood, Hallcroft, Peg 27; 29-12-0. With some lakes with ice on conditions were far from ideal for fishing for this friday open on croft pool. Nigel Wood however found som carp fishing maggot over small amounts of groundbait to his marginal reeds on peg 27.
2 M Hall, Tuxford, Peg 22; 17-14-0. Mick Hall was second from peg 22. Mick fished pole and pellet and bomb and corn to the aerator for small carp and skimmers.
3 D Evans, Retford, Peg 3; 15-12-0. Dave Evans was third fishing waggler alternating maggot, meat and pellet for small carp and skimmers.
4 G Westwater, Map, 12-12-0
5 R Teigh, Handsworth, 12-0-0

1 M McIntyre, Halkon Hunt, peg outer 110; 47-4-0. 1 C Line, Retford, peg outer 74; 9-4-0
2 G Mumby, Map Leegem, peg outer 67; 43-12-0.
2 S Clark, Mansfield, peg outer 78; 7-10-0.
Martin McIntyre fished small groundbait feeder with micros using corn and meat hair-rigged and caught 9 carp to 7lb.
Gary Mumby also used tip tactics to good effect fishing maggot and corn on the hook for carp to 6lb

Sunday 2 December 2012 Daiwa Hallcroft open match
Moat (20 pegs)

1 S Gray, Worksop. peg outer 53; 50-4-0. Stuart Gray blitzed this Sunday field on an ice-laden Moat pool. He used pole at 14m with pellet and maggot for carp to 6lb 
2 N Woods, Hallcroft, peg outer 49; 31-4-0. Nigel fished bomb and maggot for his 5 carp and a few skimmers.
3 J Barningham, Hallcroft, peg island 40; 16-12-0. John Barningham fished hair-rigged corn for 2 carp and added silvers on pole and maggot
