Graham Lilley fished maggot on short pole from peg 4 on Bridge island for 4 carp to 12lb and a few silvers

Second was Ray Abbs on Croft 25 who fished pellet at 7m for a mixed net of small carp and silvers
3 D Clegg, Britannia, 37-0-0; peg Croft 0
Third spot went to Dick Clegg who also used pellet to good effect for his 37lb weight
4 H Barton, Sheffield, 28-10-0; 5 D Robinson, Retford, 26-14-0

Pete Bagshaw on outer 43 fished bomb and cone with sweet corn catching carp to 8lb for his 100-plus weight
2 S Else, Newburgh, 57-10-0; peg outer 22
Second was Stuart Else, also on the outer, who fished the pole at 9m with pellet and corn over pellet for carp and skimmers
3 B Sullivan, Maltby, 47-4-0; peg outer 36
Brian Sullivan’s net of carp was taken on bomb and cone with pellet

Neil Vernon was the winner on Moat today with 65-2-0 of carp and skimmers. His top 2 and 2 approach with pellet won him the match which in turn set him up for his £300 Golden Peg win

Pete Bagshaw came second fishing bomb and cone with corn on the hook for 53-12-0 of carp
3 G Hiley, Peg One, 50-12-0; peg island 19
Third place went to Geoff Hiley who fished pole and pellet at 10m
