This was a close fought contest with only 2lb separating the top two. Jamie Masson got the verdict with 102-6-0 from peg 24. Fishing maggot in the margins Jamie caught 16 carp up to 10lb

Andy Favill on peg 36 was second fishing caster over groundbait at 6m and in the margins for 12 carp and 20lb of skimmers

Steve Marshall was today’s clear winner with a decent ton plus weight of carp all taken on the pole at 9m using 8mm expander pellet over 4mm feed pellets.
2 M Watson, MAP Leegem, 103-4-0; peg M Out 70
Martin Watson took second spot also with a nice ton plus net of fish. Martin caught carp and skimmers on a short pole line using maggots and groundbait.
3 G Gibson, Worksop, 77-14-0; peg M Out 74
Gordon Gibson finished third overall with mainly carp caught on the pole at 11m using cat meat and expander pellets over 4mm feed pellets.
