Kamasan Starlets fell just short in their efforts to secure the chance to fish in the World Club Championships in Portugal.

The qualifier on Newark Dyke saw the top ten teams from the Division One National go head to head over two days for one place, but although the Birmingham outfit fished really well, finishing fourth on day one and third on day two, it will be Daiwa Dorking who cap an incredible season by representing England at the big event.
