Birmingham tackle shop Foster’s has become the first angling retailer in the UK to launch a Smartphone app which was downloaded over 500 times within 48 hours of hitting the app store.

Boss Paul Foster said that shop sales in January exceeded the previous two years, but that this was down to working harder with new technology and social media.
