Waterways Ireland Junior Classic, River Erne, Co. Fermanagh

Harry Whitehead wins the Junior Classic of 2015 along with Jake Taggart who takes the Novice category.

Novice Section:
1st Jake Taggart on weight advantage from Jack Whitehead as they tied with 3 points. Brendan Gunn was in third with 4 points.

The Junior Classic is staged over three Saturdays with the best of 2 counting towards the final score. The third and final round was fished on Saturday in on the Sligo Road section of the River Erne which was in perfect form with fine weather conditions.

Weights were reasonable with all anglers catching fish.

Erne Anglers Club Secretary and Ireland Junior Team manager Jack Tisdall presented the prizes to the winners and thanked the sponsors Waterways Ireland for their continued support. He also thanked the Erne Anglers Club coaches for their assistance throughout the three days allowing events like these to take place.
