Budding trout anglers are being offered the chance to ‘have a go’ at fly tying or fly fishing for free as part of Anglian Water’s contribution to National Fishing Month.

Pitsford Water has already seen qualified instructors offering their expertise to newcomers, and now it’s the turn of Grafham Water this Friday (July 30th) and Rutland Water on August 6th. The coaches are available from 10am to 4pm and no booking is required, although you do need to be at least 12 years old. Just turn up and enjoy!
Meanwhile boat fishing for pike has been extended at Pitsford Water, and is now available every day except Saturdays. Call Pitsford Lodge on 01604 781350.
