A new short film has been produced to showcase the magical benefits of The Countryside Alliance Foundation’s Fishing for Schools initiative. The programme, which is run by celebrated angler Charles Jardine and his team, involves short courses for 14-16 year olds, many of whom have a range of learning disabilities.
Charles and his experienced instructors have run courses across England and Wales, from Swansea to Morpeth, Wakefield to Huntingdon, Midhurst to Christchuch already this year and the programme is really gathering momentum.
The film describes the programme from the point of view of the teachers and children, and they say it far better than we ever could! Watch the film here.
