Report
For the final match of the 2009 series at Boddington Reservoir, very low water levels and cold still conditions (with a NE wind later), made sport difficult for many of the competitors.

After just two fish in the first half of the match, Kobra Feeders backed John Adamson (peg 65) caught carp steadily on method feeder throughout the latter stages to end with 24 fish (to 14 lb 4 oz) to total 167 lb 12 oz and a clear win.

Runner up Lee Ensall (Litchfield) also had a slow start but ended with 12 carp from peg 54 for 88 lb 14 oz, all falling to method feeder fished at long range.  Third placed Matt Colegate (Stumble Inn Long Eaton) took 10 fish on method feeder for his 72 lb 12 oz.

At the end of the 7 match series (worst 2 results dropped giving a maximum of 60 points), the top five anglers in the league were:
