WITH over 90 paid entries for the Lower Thames Championship, sponsored by Chris Dulley Ceilings & Partitions Ltd, there are just a few days left to get your entry in.

Match organiser Dave Harper explained: “We are meeting with all of our stewards and helpers in the lead up to the Saturday, September 27 event to brief them as to what is required and we therefore will freeze the entries on Saturday, September 20. However I understand there might be World Championship medallist or two putting a late entry!”

With sections at Laleham, Chertsey, Sunbury and Molesey, nobody knows where the winner is likely to come from but whoever wins will pick up £1,000 with £800 for the runner up and £600 for third plus lots of other prizes.
