Folly has fished especially well over the weekend with several 60lb plus bags taken. The method at the moment is to fish up in the water, with red maggot on the hook, constantly feeding 4mm sinking pellets. Don’t feed too many – five at a time is enough -the fish come to the noise. Pole is best and if you have two kits, set one up to fish a foot deep and another at around two and half feet deep, and alternate between the two to keep the fish coming.
