It’s all systems go for the 2014 Riverfest series, with more qualifiers and a bigger prize fund already guaranteed. 

In 2013 winner Andrew Murphy walked away with a cheque for £10,000 – easily the biggest cash prize in river match fishing in the UK.
Fishing TV understands from organizer Dave Harrell that the plan is to run 60-peg qualifiers on 20 consecutive weekends from June 22nd, leading to a two-day final on the River Wye on November 16th and 17th. 
At the time of writing Dave is keeping the venues to himself with a major press launched planned, but he did confirm that there will be lots of new venues used this year. Tickets will be available through the Angling Trust website.
