Andy seems to be unbeatable at this venue at the moment winning from any peg, this time drawn at peg 19 it didn’t go all his own way loosing fish in the lily pad and having to paddle to release his rigs and when he did get one to the landing net it ripped releasing it back into the lake. Alternating between the pole and corn and the method feeder cast to the island he managed to land 21 carp – 10lb and 4 bream – 4lb for a winning weight of 114lb 10 oz, he also won the summer league with 69 points, 2nd Mick Langton 55 points, 3rd Ian Rowney 44 points

Fred landed 17 carp on ledgered bread cast to the weed beds at peg 40 for a total of 64lb 14oz. But it was Dave Rounds catch that was the most impressive landing 3 carp for 10lb with the rest of his made up of Ide and skimmers – 1lb on the pole and caster weighing 60lb 109oz.

Will fished the pole and paste both out at 11m and down the margin atb peg 17 feeding soaked 6mm pellets over the top he landed 31 carp – 7lb for a 4 hour total of 112lb 7oz. 2nd with a level 86lb Andy fished the method feeder and pellet cast tight to the island at peg 36 landing 22 carp – 6lb.
