A nice spring day was spoiled by the gusting wind making presentation hard for most anglers, Pete made the most of sheltered end peg 51 he fished pole corn and pellet down the margin for 23 carp – 8lb and breaking the 100lb mark for the first time this year, In second Jim fished ground bait feeder and meat cast tight to the island for 20 carp – 5lb.

Mat fished pole and pellet down the margin because of the wind but again it paid off, catching mostly bream – 2lb and 6 carp -1lb he finished over 11lb in front of 2^nd place Lee Payling, he fished sort pole and caster for a nice net of roach and skimmers
