Dave fished pole at 13m, over pellet alternating corn, pellet and meat hook baits to keep the carp coming ending with over 25 – 6lb. 2^nd Rob fished pole and paste down the side towards the bay for 12 carp -8lb

Carl made the most of the end peg draw fishing two lines on the pole one out at 11m and one down the side into peg 8 fishing corn and paste on the hook over green g/bait he had 20 carp – 8lb with the bigger fish coming later in the match. In 2^nd place John Darby fished pole and pellet on three lines to keep in touch with the fish, 14m out and down the margins, ending with 24 carp – 4lb. Making his first visit to the fishery Steve Sharples from Leeds drew peg 20 in the bay and fished pole and pellet for 16 carp – 9lb
