The bore hole peg 31 was the place to be again, this time Lee Hassett drew it fishing the pole and pellet at 11m and 12m on the deck he landed carp – 4lb every put in, weighing in 97lb 15oz. In second place Mick fished the pole and pellet at 11m at un-fancied peg 52 he landed 25 carp – 7lb steadily throughout the match for a total of 87lb 2oz.

Lee fished the pole and pellet out at 14m landing skimmers – 1lb finishing with 25lb 7oz and Dave fished the pole and caster at 6m for Ide – 12oz

A very cold and slow start to the match with the last half being the best, in top spot Andy fished the pole and pellet out at 13m landing a level 58lb of carp – 5lb. 2^nd placed John Woodland fished the same as the winner landing 15 carp – 7lb.
