A very cold weekend kept the anglers away and made the fishing harder than normal but made for a very tight match with nobody knowing who had won till the weigh in.
1st place was Mick Langton with 13 carp on the pole and pellet fished at 11m having 10 stocky carp – 3lb and 3 bigger fish – 8lb for a total of 44lb 9oz. In 2nd Martyn fished the pole and pellet at 13m for 7 carp – 9lb at peg 24 finishing just 7oz short with 44lb 20z

Kev drew bore hole peg 31 fishing the pole and pellet at 13m on the deck ended up foul hooking and loosing carp, a change to fishing up in the waterbrought him over 40 carp – 5lb and a winning weight of 90lb 7oz. Just behind in second place Carl fished the pole and pellet for 15 carp – 9lb just finishing short with 89lb 2oz.
