After struggling to catch for the first half of the match fishing the pole and caster out at 11m Dave changed to the pole with worm and corn fished down the margin landing 20 carp – 8lb. 2^nd placed Martin Rouse fished the pole down the margin for 15 carp – 10lb on corn

In first place resident pro Pete Hodgetts fished the pole and meat on the top two + two on two lines landing 40 carp – 8lb weighing in 155lb 7oz. Joint 2^nd with Kev Chaplin and Ben Holmes both fishing the pole and meat at 12m for 129lb 10 oz each of carp.
