Match fishing is the focus this week when Keith’s guest will be 2010 Fish’O’Mania champion Neil McKinnon. They’ll be taking the opportunity to look back at July’s big event as well as discussing tips and tactics to help you improve your results on the bank.

In addition to re-living Neil’s finest hour, we get out on the bank with fellow matchman Andy May who’ll be demonstrating his approach to fishing the method feeder. It was the tactic used by Tom Pickering to push Neil all the way at Fish’O’Mania, but is also one that can achieve great results throughout the year.

In ‘Fishery Focus’ Keith will have his regular look at the sport in store for all anglers over the weekend – there’ll be advice on the best methods and baits to use at a variety of typical UK venues. He’ll also be announcing the lucky winners of October’s Young Angler of the Month photo competition.

On Tight Lines next week Keith will be joined by carp angler Rob Hughes. They’ll be reviewing this year’s British Carp Angling Championships, an event organised by Rob, and looking at the best tactics to adopt in your carp fishing now that the more challenging winter conditions are approaching.
